I. Inside the United States:

We use a combination of reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. The most efficient shipping method will be automatically selected for your order based on the destination, size, and weight, after you place your order.

We offer free economy shipping on orders of $75 or more. This option will appear in your shopping cart automatically on qualifying orders once you enter your zip code. This offer is valid on orders of $75 or more after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges).

The delivery time for your order will be determined from the date it is shipped. Most orders will be shipped the next business day, but processing time may vary depending on personalization options and does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that:

  • We can not accept orders with PO, APO or FPO address.
  • We reserve the right to waive liability in the incident of customer providing false / incorrect delivery infomation that the Carrier can not deliver the item to the right address of the customer. Once the item is returned to our warehouse and incurs any expenses, this will be included in the order value. In any case of re-shipment, this shipping cost will not be free.

 

II. International shipping

  • International shipping fee is $25
  • Delivery time: 1-3 weeks depending on area
  • You will receive a shipment notification and a order-tracking code via email. You can track the status and position of your order by this code.
