In case for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you can request a replace ment or a refund. Accepted refunds in accordance with these agreed conditions will receive a refund within 3 days from the time Lethnic receives and confirms your return of the product.
- Products to be exchanged or refunded should be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Shipping & handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
- The whole package, including accessories, boxes, namecards, manuals, packaging materials, gifts, ect. must be kept intact. All products that are subject to change or refund must be kept in the original manufacturer's packaging. Any sign that the product has been tried and any missing from the package will raise a cause to our refusal of the returned product.
- In any incident of wrong and damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Center within 3 days of delivery. In this case, we will make a free replacement for the customer. Beyond the time mentioned, we have the right refuse free exchange.
- Contact us at email@example.com with the order number to announce the replacement/ refund of product and receive Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will need the RMA number on the returned packing to confirm the case and product status.
- Code off orders are only accepted for replacement / return by reason of wrong / damaged product delivered.
