Viewing & Tracking your order.
Customer can view or tracking their order, as well as see their past order history by visiting (…) Please note that a login will be required.
Non-custom orders submitted before 9am (USA time zones) will be responsed and processed in the next 24 hours.
Our Customer Service Center will confirm to Product Manager Department about product availability and product status to prepare for shipment. After the payment is confirmed, Lethnic will ship and provide tracking information for the customer. Shipping and tracking information providing will not be available during holidays and weekends
After an order is placed, the customer will received an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact Lethnic.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order is shipped, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible through the Customer Service Center in case of any cancellation or change in product order, quantity, varian, etc. before we put on payment blockade and proceed shipment.
After Lethnic has performed the shipment, changes and cancellations can not be made.
